AP Investments Buying Criteria

  • R-2 lots with SFR – Any lot where the SFR is located in the front of the lot where we could a minimum add an ADU and JADU with an ideal scenario of putting in a 2nd Unit as well to give us 3-4 units after renovation
  • R-2 lots with Duplex – Any lot where the current building leaves enough room in the backyard to add and ADU and JADU.
  • Existing multi-family lots – Any lot that has an existing multi-family that has potential to be renovated to get market rents and/or add ADUs
  • Vacant Lots – Any lot that has zoning where we could develop 4+ units
  • We don’t know it all – we will listen to any creative development idea that we can make work. So bring us your deals and ideas of the best way to develop. We are always looking to learn and find new ways to improve!
